Much of Marz's success can be attributed to the man behind the name, and his commitment to the business. This past year, Mike (Marzio) Pompeani celebrated 50 years in the building and development industry.
In 1968, Pompeani built his first home in Hamilton. Nearly forty years later the original homeowners still enjoy calling it home. Joyce Tyler knows firsthand the care, quality and craftsmanship that goes into a Marz home. Her knowledge comes from thirty-seven years of experiencing that care, quality and craftsmanship.
Mrs. Tyler holds a unique place in the history of Marz Homes insofar as she is the owner of the first ever-built Marz Home. Mrs. Tyler is so enamored with the quality of her 2100 sq. ft. home that she is still living there today.
